modular beverage cans

In Taiwan, the target market for energy drinks is blue-collar workers, they consume many energy drinks (like red bull in US), because they work overtime. So the energy drinks help them keep their physical strengh, however this may cause overdoses. Whisibh is the energy drink with the best market penetration in Taiwan and the No.1 energy drink. It has penetrated the blue-collar workes consumer habits through a series of TV commercials since the 1980’s

.

Usually, people like to mix one or two drinks with an energy drink to give it diverse flavors. Sometimes you will see workers mix it with coffee, coconut milk, soda, or any other possible drink. Some grocery stores offer what we called an “energy set,” which contains a bottle of Whisibh, cigarette, and a small bag of betel or a bottle of Whisibh and two cans of soda.

So, modular beverage cans are the solution for mixing drinks without a cup.

Each can is designed as the same size. Just stack them, and shake it !

The subculture of Taiwanese blue-collar workers is one of the most local and representive cultures in Taiwan. In early industry in the 1970's, this group equated to the American middle class, but they have a lower social status in Taiwanese society nowadays. Even their living situations and economic conditoins are not very good. They are respectable and honorable to me, though, and they deserve better.

How's the conditon and status of blue-collar workers in your country? Is any other unique culture of blue-collar workers in your country? Share to us!
